If you attend Mass in person, please be aware of the following policies and procedures:

  • By entering our church, you are acknowledging the potential risk for you to be in a public location. You will be praying at your own risk and accept that you will not be able to hold St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Diocese of Venice, or any party within those organizations accountable for any illness or injury that may befall you.
  • Access to the church will only be allowed through the main Front Doors (East side of the church).
  • Facemasks are required at all times.
  • We encourage you to bring your own gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer to church. Our hand sanitizer stations are available at the church entrance.
  • You will be greeted by our Ushers. You must follow the instructions given by them.
  • The pews will be marked for appropriate social distancing. Please seat in the designated areas only and respect the personal space of other visitors.  Do not rearrange any chairs.
  • Feel free to sit together with members of your own household.
  • We will bring you Communion.  Stay in place with the mask on.  If your party is more than two people, when the priest/deacon/extraordinary minister approaches, move slightly into the aisle to allow access to all recipients.  Receive in the hand only, as Communion on the tongue is not permitted at this time.  Make sure your hand is stretched out flat, one hand above the other to receive.  Once the person distributing Communion proceeds to the next pew, briefly remove your mask, place the host in your mouth and put your mask back on.
  • No physical contact during the Sign of Peace is allowed.
  • No paper bulletins will be distributed. You will have access to the bulletin on our website and on our app.
  • Place your sacrificial offering in the collection baskets at the baptismal font. You can also drop your envelopes in the Drop Box at the Parish Center, mail-in, Text to give keyword "StAgnes" to 833-694-0460 or donate online.
  • Please leave immediately after Mass so that we can sanitize the church. All exits may be used after Mass.  Please be patient and maintain six-foot social distance while leaving.
  • Any questions you may have about the church, the processes, or any other topic should be directed to the office, not the Ushers.
  • Until further notice, all Parish activities remain suspended.
  • All these guidelines and procedures are intended for your safety and health.
